Order Processing:

There will be certain steps followed after you place the order with us for smooth processing.

In some cases, your order will not be processed:

If the product is out of stock, or

Your payment is not authorized, or

If there is any ambiguity in the mind of the customer about the price of a product mentioned on the website, or

If there is any technical error.

If everything is in its place and properly settled then a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. This email confirms the order acceptance from our side.

Payment and Pricing Policy:

All the prices of the products are mentioned on the website in US dollars and we accept payments only in US dollars as well. Normally, our deliveries are free-of-cost but in some cases, customers do have some special requests. In that case, the packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of the bill. There will be no hidden charges or taxes.

It is our utmost try to display only those products on the website that are in stock but it is not guaranteed every time. In some cases, it does happen that the product shown on the website available may get out of stock while you are placing an order.

It is due to the high volume of orders we are receiving from our customers. Websites do take some time to get updated after a customer places its order. Therefore, this might be the reason behind your order cancelation as the product gets out of stock during the placement of your order.

We cannot guarantee you the same price for those products as well that are gone out of stock and your order was canceled due to it. Maybe the next time when they get restocked their prices may get changed. Therefore, you have to pay the price of the product that is newly updated on it. We cannot accommodate you at older prices.

Your orders may get delayed due to delays in the authorization of your payments. We will not dispatch your products until we receive authorization from your payment card issuer. In case of failure in payment authorization, your order will be canceled and we will not be liable for any loss.

Order Dispatching Information:

After we receive your order and payment authorization, the next step is the dispatching of orders. We dispatch the orders through different courier companies. They provide us with unique IDs against each order. We provide that ID to the customers so that they can track their orders on the courier websites.

Normally, we provide same-day shipment services. Once the shipment is picked from us by the courier company that the delivery of orders to the customers may take up to 2 to 5 business days depending on the customer’s location.

We are not providing any kind of free shipping services outside the USA.

We possess the right to change our policies from time to time. These terms & conditions are part of our policies and they may get changed without being informed to the customers.
